JEFFREY LEN PIERCE OBITUARY

Jeffrey Len Pierce, age 64, of Campbellsville, Kentucky, was born in Campbellsville, Kentucky, on February 7th, 1958, to the late Buckner Leo Pierce and Georgia Lee Burress Pierce and departed this life on Sunday, October 16th, 2022, at Hospice of Bluegrass in Lexington, Kentucky, after an extended illness.

Jeffrey professed his faith in Christ and was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.  He was retired from GTE (General Telephone & Electronics Corporation).

Survived by:

One daughter:  Jessica Pierce Hosier and her husband, Keehn, of Prospect, Kentucky.

One son:  Andrew Bryan Pierce of Campbellsville, Kentucky.

Two grandchildren:  Evan Hosier and William Hosier, both of Prospect, Kentucky.

One sister:  Judy Whatley and her husband, Tommy, of Campbellsville, Kentucky.

Along with many other family and friends.

The service for Mr. Jeffrey Len Pierce will be held privately at Auberry Funeral Home in downtown Campbellsville.  Auberry Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Pauline Judd

Pauline Judd of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Omer Benningfield and Exie Mae Reynolds Benningfield, was born April 16, 1942 in Marion County, Kentucky.  She died at 7:40 P.M., Monday, November 7, 2022 in Campbellsville.    Age:  80

She professed faith in Christ and was a member of South Campbellsville Baptist Church.

Pauline was a hard worker and a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville after forty-four years of service.

She loved spending time with her family and friends, working in her flowers, being outdoors, playing rook and gathering shells at the beach.  Pauline had a quick wit and especially enjoyed laughing and making others laugh.

She united in marriage to Gene Judd October 28, 1964 and he preceded her in death April 19, 2021.

She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Dee Dee and Jamie Goodin of Campbellsville; one grandson, Blake Allen and wife, Reagan of Campbellsville; one brother and four sisters:  Omer Benningfield, Jr. and wife, Juanita, Pansy Barnett and Wanda Sue Beck and husband, David of Campbellsville, Lena Mae Gupton of Simpsonville, and Lucille Ellis of Lebanon; special neighbors who were like daughters to her and sisters to Dee Dee:  Beth Browning and Stacy Spalding; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

She was also preceded in death by two brothers:  Ronnel Lee Benningfield and Augusta Benningfield.

Keith Summers

Keith Summers of Campbellsville, son of the late Arthur Summers and Ann Glover Summers, was born August 21, 1952, in Taylor County, Kentucky.  He died at 4:33 P.M., Tuesday, November 8, 2022 in Campbellsville.   Age: 70

He was a non-denominational child of God.

Keith had worked for Goodwill Industries for fourteen years and was the maintenance foreman and supervisor over the transportation department of many different Goodwill stores in the surrounding area.  He loved his family, spending time with them and friends and playing golf.  His passion was riding his Harley Davidson.

Keith united in marriage to Teresa Cochran July 3, 1998.

Besides his wife, Teresa Summers of Campbellsville, he is survived by three sons and two daughters:  Howard Keith Summers, Jr., David Shawn Summers and wife, Carla, Christopher Keith Summers, Melissa Shenea Bell and husband, Alan and Lauren Nicole Summers of Campbellsville; thirteen grandchildren:  Jordan Summers and wife, Miranda, Austin Summers, Cynthia Summers, Dustin Summers, Christopher Summers, Logan Cox Summers, Chloe Summers, Clover Cox Summers, MacKinzie Knight, Lindsay Knight, Caleb Knight, Caiden Bell and Brystol Summers Simpson; eleven great-grandchildren; two brothers:  Timmy Summers of Franklin, Kentucky and Gary Summers and wife, Connie of Treasure Island, Florida; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

He was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Sierra Summers and two brothers and two sisters:  Harold Summers, Kenneth Summers, Jean Blankenship and Doris Jean Summers.
