W.B. “Johnnie” Davis of Campbellsville, son of the late Edgar Davis and Jessie Mae Speer Davis, was born July 6, 1930 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 1:30 A.M., Monday, September 19, 2022 in Campbellsville. Age: 92
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Lowell Avenue Baptist Church.
Johnnie was a retired owner & operator at Davis Welding.
He united in marriage to Thelma Jessee July 3, 1948 and she preceded him in death August 8, 2022.
He was a devoted and loving family man, who enjoyed muskee fishing and turkey hunting.
Johnnie is survived by one son and one daughter: Lonnie Davis and wife, Charlotte of Campbellsville and Donna Bellinger and husband, Danny of Bowling Green; three grandchildren: Joseph Davis and wife, Cheryl, Amy Southern and husband, Mark of Campbellsville and Jan Brockman and husband, Tim of Bowling Green; seven great-grandchildren: Caleb Southern and wife, Taylor, Jordyn Burkhead and husband, Brent, Kyndal Southern and Jake Cruse of Campbellsville, Tyler Cruse and wife, Savannah of Greensburg, and Bryson Brockman and Ethan Brockman of Bowling Green; two great-great-grandchildren: Jaylee Cruse and Lucian Cruse and an expected great-great-grandchild on the way; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Johnnie was also preceded in death by five brothers and five sisters: William C. Davis, Lee Davis, Shelby Ray Davis, William Garnett Davis, Sr., Bobby Davis, Barbara Collins, Edna Kerr, Louise Kerr, Jean Mattingly, and Margaret Marples.

Faith Lynn Dixon, the two month old daughter of Abbigail Dixon and Tyler Cundiff, was born July 21, 2022 in Cincinnati at the Children’s Hospital.
Besides her parents, she is survived by her twin sister: Gracie Mae Dixon; her grandparents: Stephanie and Rodger Young, Jonathan and Desire Gribbins, and Marty Cundiff; her great-grand parents: Donna and Wallace Taylor, Terry and Connie Dixon, and Relena and Tommy Emmerson, and Faye Cook; her great-great grandparents: Linda Clay and Sis. Anna and Willis Overstreet, and a host of other relatives and friends.
The funeral service for Faith Lynn Dixon will be Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. EST in the Campbellsville Chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home.
Sis. Anna Overstreet will be officiating.
Visitation will be after 11:00 A.M. EST on Wednesday until time for the service.

Ashley Hope Mackie of Campbellsville, daughter of Jamin Mackie and Rebecca “Becky” Willis, was born March 19, 1991 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 3:49 A.M., Sunday, September 18, 2022 in Campbellsville. Age: 31
She professed faith in Christ and attended Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
Ashley loved sitting under a shade tree in the backyard waving to her Papaw in Heaven. She loved eating out every day for lunch, riding around in the car looking at the scenery and watching her movies. Ashley was truly a gift from God to all of us.
She is survived her mother, Rebecca “Becky” Willis of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; her father, Jamin Mackie;; grandparents: Loretta Willis and Lynn Mackie; one sister, Danielle Olmstead of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; Uncle Rob Willis of Atlanta, Georgia; niece, Sadie Olmstead, and many other relatives and friends.
