Millie Parker, 76

Mrs. Millie Lee Parker, daughter of the late Harrison and Ruth (Bryant) Richardson, passed from this life on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at the Taylor Regional Hospital. Born on November 6, 1944, she was 76 years, 10 months, and 1 day of age. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Mrs. Parker was a former employee of Fruit of the Loom, and a current employee of Taylor County Primary School.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Douglas Leon Parker, on July 28, 1998.

She leaves to cherish her memory:

A daughter: Melinda DeSpain of Campbellsville,

Two siblings: Stella Thompson and husband Donnie, and Johnny Ernest Richardson, all of Campbellsville,

A granddaughter: MaKenzie Ann DeSpain of Campbellsville,

And a host of other family and friends.

Mrs. Parker will be laid to rest beside her late husband in the Brookside Cemetery. At her request, all services will be conducted privately.

Diane R. Whitley of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Lloyd Robinson and Ella Stevens Robinson was born April 15, 1954 in Pennsylvania. She died at 6:02 A.M., Saturday, September 4, 2021 in Louisville. Age: 67
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Faith Covenant Ministries.
She united in marriage to Rev. Charles “Lanny” Whitley April 22, 2004. He preceded her in death April 30, 2019.
Diane is survived by two step-daughters: Rebecca “Becky” Whitley of Versailles and Melissa Hunter of Louisville; four step-grandchildren; one sister and three brothers: Darlene Robinson and husband, Roy of Woodbridge, Virginia, James Douglas Robinson and wife, Liz, David Michael Robinson and wife, Kim and Eugene Robinson and wife, Mary of Lexington; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by a step-daughter, Sharalyn Whitley June 28, 2019.

Judy Dile, 68

Mrs. Judy Eller Dile, beloved wife of Johnny Dile, passed from this life on Thursday, September 2, 2021 at her home in Campbellsville. Daughter of the late Walter and Trene (Thompson) Moore, she was born in Taylor County on January 21, 1953, making her 68 years, 7 months, and 12 days of age. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Yuma Baptist Church. Mrs. Dile was a retiree of Fruit of the Loom, and a cherished mother and grandmother.

Beside her husband, she leaves to mourn her passing:

Two daughters: Vel Wyatt and husband Daniel, and Jonie Wilcoxson and husband Ronnie, all of Campbellsville,

Three siblings: Patsy Bryant of Campbellsville, James Moore and wife Theresa of North Carolina, and Sue Moore of North Carolina,

Five grandchildren: Christian Gilpin, Wayne Gilpin, Shreve Dile, Lucian Dile, and Vera Wilcoxson,

Three great-grandchildren: Wyatt Gilpin, Jordan Gilpin, and Lukas Gilpin,

And a host of other family and friends.

She was also preceded in death by a grandchild, Zane Wilcoxson, and four siblings, Danny Moore, Roger Dale Carter, Larry Moore, and Timmy Moore.

There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Dile on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at 12:00 PM in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY. Bro. Bob Langlois will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, Sept. 4, from 9:30 AM until time for the service.
