Dana Mitchell Mann, the daughter of Wesley Mann and the late Angela Gribbins, was born October 22, 1990 in Taylor County, KY and departed this life on Friday, August 20, 2021 in Lexington at the Good Samaritan Hospital. She was 30 years of age. Ms. Mann enjoyed music and her family, and was of the Methodist Faith.

Besides her mother, she was preceded in death by a brother: Phillip Mann and her grandfather: Gordon Mann.

Survivors include her father: Wesley “Wes” Mann of Campbellsville; three children: Kaden Van Irvin, Jeremiah Van Irvin and Ariah Van Irvin all of Campbellsville; two sisters: Shannon Mann of Lebanon and Chloe Bennett of Campbellsville; her twin brother: Nathan Mann of Campbellsville; her grandparents: Lorena Mann, Laverne Wise and George Gribbins all of Campbellsville and a host of other relatives and friends.

The funeral service for Dana Mitchell Mann will be conducted Sunday, August 22, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. at the L.R. Petty Funeral Home with cremation to follow. Rev. Robert Morris will be officiating.

Family requests visitation after 11:00 A.M. Sunday until time for the service.

Memorials are suggested to the funeral express fund, which can be made in person at the funeral home.

Takayuki “Tak” Ebisuya. 80

Mr. Takayuki “Tak” Ebisuya of Bardstown, formerly of Campbellsville, formerly of Japan, passed peacefully from this life on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at his home. Born in Korea to Japanese parents on April 21, 1941, he was 80 years, 3 months, and 24 days of age. Mr. Ebisuya was a mentor, lecturer, teacher, and educator. He had a deep love for Kentucky, and was an avid Big Blue fan. He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Ebisuya earned associates degrees at Campbellsville College and Transylvania University. He would later rejoin Campbellsville College as an instructor, where, under his direction, the Judo team won a championship against Bowling Green in its inceptive year.

Mr. Ebisuya was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Masaru and Shiyuko (Morikawa) Ebisuya.

He leaves to cherish his memory:

His wife: Madonna (Houk) Ebisuya,

Three children: Miki Yamamoto and husband Shingo, Scarlett Pike, and Kerrie Benningfield and husband Gerald,

Six grandchildren: Mutsuna, Yuna, Olivia Coy, Lucas Coy, Austin Benningfield, and Caleb Benningfield,

And a host of other family and friends.

There will be a memorial visitation on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 from 3-5 PM at the funeral home.

Jessie Douglas Clark

Jessie Douglas Clark of Campbellsville, son of the late Roy Hobert Clark and Mary Haggie Gribbins Clark, was born December 1, 1939 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 9:35 P.M., Wednesday, August 18, 2021 in Campbellsville. Age: 81
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Salem Baptist Church, where he was a custodian for twenty-five years.
He was known to be a hard worker, having been employed at Fruit of the Loom, Chappell’s Dairy, Walmart and Fleetwood.
Doug was a very loving husband, father and grandfather.
He united in marriage to Diane Bright Clark February 26, 1959 and she preceded him in death July 15, 2015.
He is survived by two sons and three daughters: Jeff Clark and wife, Sherry, Mark Clark and wife, Laura, Teresa Ralls and Karen Mardis and husband, Gary of Campbellsville and Kathy Clark of Bowling Green; eleven grandchildren: Jeremy Clark, Lydia Clark Corey and husband, Gill, Shayla Clark, Scott Seaborne and wife, Shaina, Casey Seaborne and wife, Allie, Jessica Seaborne, Rachel Reynolds and husband, Tyler, Chad Payton and wife, Nicole, Matt Payton and wife, Whitney, Mason Mardis and wife, Erica and Sasha Jones and husband, Justin; eighteen great-grandchildren; one brother and one sister: Buford Clark of Macon, Georgia and Laverne Sapp of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters: Leslie Clark, Gordon Clark, Gladys Franklin and Beulah Pyles.
