 Mrs. Patsy Ann (Cox) Barnett of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Ethil (Bland) and Clemmie Cox, Sr., passed from this life on Sunday, January 9, 2022 at the Jewish Hospital in Louisville. Born on October 27, 1947 she was 74 years, 2 months, and 13 days of age. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and attended God’s Grace Church. Mrs. Barnett was a homemaker, and the cherished wife of Mr. Thomas Lewis Barnett, with whom she shared 57 years of marriage.
She leaves to cherish her memory:
Her husband: Thomas Lewis Barnett,
Two children: Stephanie Wingler and husband Anthony of Alabama, and Melissa Followell of Elizabethtown,
Four grandchildren: Brandon Wingler and wife Rachel, Kristen Stanley, Tyler Followell, and Samantha Followell,
Five great-grandchildren,
And a host of other family and friends.
She was also preceded in death by a brother, Clemmie Cox, Jr.
There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Barnett on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY. She will be laid to rest in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, January 12, after 10:00 AM until time for the service.

Norman Wesley Cox, 79, of Elkhorn, Kentucky, son of the late Pete Cox and Nancy Elizabeth Tucker Cox was born January 19th, 1942, in Adair County and departed this life on Sunday, January 9th, 2022, at his home in Elkhorn.
He professed his faith in Christ and attended Meade County General Baptist Church. Norman was a carpenter by trade and worked as a construction contractor for most of his life.
Norman is survived by his three loving children: Otis Cox of Brandenburg, Kentucky; Rhonda Wirth and her husband, William, of Louisville, Kentucky; and Duane Cox of Brooks, Kentucky.
Three grandchildren: Alex Wirth, Matthew Wirth, and Stephanie Wirth, all of Louisville, Kentucky.
One brother: Howard Cox of Louisville, Kentucky.
Special friend: Brenda Helm of Merrimac.
Besides his parents, Norman is preceded in death by:
One son: Norman Wesley Cox, Jr.
One brother: Jim Cox.
Four sisters: Myrtle Cox Bright, Flossie Cox Taylor, Edna Hampton Cox, and Mary Alice Thompson.
VISITATION: Tuesday, January 11th, 2022, from 6pm-8pm EST at Auberry Funeral Home in downtown Campbellsville.
FUNERAL: Wednesday, January 12th, 2022, at 11am EST at Auberry Funeral Home in downtown Campbellsville.
Burial to follow in Merrimac Church Cemetery.

James Lloyd Capps, 94, of Campbellsville, Kentucky, formerly of Smith Ridge, Kentucky, son of the late George Fayette Capps and Jenny Carmon Spear Capps, was born June 9th, 1927, in Cumberland County and departed this life on Friday, January 8th, 2022, at Taylor County Regional Hospital.
He professed his faith in Christ and a member of Robinson Creek Baptist Church. He served as a deacon and was instrumental of building the new church. Lloyd enjoyed farming and owned a car dealership for many years.
Survived by two sisters: Eva Mintz of Schererville, Indiana and Loletta Kidd of Campbellsville, Kentucky.
