Roseann Loveall of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Joseph Thurman Mikel and Mary Lou Pretaboir Mikel, was born December 1, 1936 in Jefferson County, Kentucky. She died at 12:52 P.M., Sunday, January 5, 2025 in Campbellsville. Age: 88
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of St. Mark Methodist Church and the former LaStone Circle, currently The Methodist Women.
Roseann was a retired employee with Fruit of the Loom after forty years of service.
She enjoyed participating in church activities and was a kind, quiet and laid back lady. She was concerned for others and was always ready to help and had volunteered with Hospice.
She united in marriage to Eugene Loveall and he preceded her in death August 3, 1997.
Roseann is survived by one sister, Joan Webb of Campbellsville; one niece and one nephew: Lisa Bridgewater and husband, James and Danny Webb and wife, LaRhonda of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Pamela Sue Hancock November 1, 2008.

Darla Dawn Padilla of Loretto, KY, the daughter of Dennis Middleton and the late Beverly Rentschler Middleton was born on November 14, 1961, in Fort Wayne, IN, and departed this life on Monday, January 6, 2025, at her residence. She was 63 years of age.
She was of the Church of God Faith and enjoyed spending time on her computer. Her family says she was loved by many and will be missed by all.
Besides her father, she is survived by her husband: Felipe’ Padilla of Loretto, and three children: Mark James of Dallas, TX, Jamie Newcomb, and James Newcomb, and wife Michelle all of Lebanon along with ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Also, surviving are two brothers and three sisters: Marcus Middleton, Kevin Middleton, Kimberly Middleton, Lisa Cox, and Kirsten Hosier.
There will be a Funeral Service for Darla Dawn Padilla at the L.R. Petty Funeral Home Chapel at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 9, 2025, with burial to follow in the St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery in Loretto.
Bro. Freddy Thompson will officiate.
The family has requested visitation on Thursday, January 9, 2025, from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the service at the funeral home.

Winsfred “W.C.” Skaggs of Campbellsville, son of the late Albert Skaggs and Cora Carlisle Skaggs, was born July 16, 1935 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 10:45 A.M., Monday, January 6, 2025 in Hodgenville. Age: 89
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Zion Separate Baptist Church.
Winsfred was a retired farmer. He had also worked at Fruit of the Loom in the boiler room and at Chappell’s Dairy.
He united in marriage to Lois Price July 28, 1956 and she preceded him in death September 21, 2013. Winsfred later united marriage to Dorothy Graham and she preceded him in death August 15, 2020.
Winsfred is survived by one son and one daughter: Roy Coleman Skaggs and Kimberly Wilhoit and husband, Kevin of Campbellsville; two step-children: Brenda Young and husband, David and Marshall Graham and wife, Denise; two grandsons: Anthony Wilhoit and Connor Wilhoit; two great-granddaughters: Charlotte Wilhoit and Margaret Wilhoit; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Winsfred was also preceded in death by three brothers and one sister: Chester Skaggs, Rev. Garlin Skaggs, Roscoe Skaggs and Lola Mae Williams.
