Mr. Thomas Gene Ruffino of Campbellsville was born August 16, 1957 to Tony and Eunice (Pilgreen) Ruffino. He departed this life on September 19, 2020, being 63 years, 1 month, and 3 days of age. He had made a profession of faith in Christ and attended the Vineyard Church. He was a Manager at Kroger, having worked in the produce department for twelve years. He leaves to cherish his memory: Three children: Kristan Michelle Hanke and husband Nathaniel, Joshua Thomas Ruffino and wife Elizabeth, and Justin David Ruffino and wife Sheena, all of Texas His girlfriend: Shelly Crotty Laundry, A former spouse and mother of his children: Cindy Lou Manual, Two grandchildren: James Weis and Gabriel Hanke, Brothers and sisters: Frank Antony Ruffino, Preston Guy Ruffino, and Joanne Elizabeth Ruffino all of Texas, And a host of other family and friends. Sharp of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Benjamin Harrison Perkins and
Virginia Pike Perkins, was born March 31, 1931 in Taylor County,
Kentucky. She died at 12:30 A.M., Tuesday, September 22, 2020 in Campbellsville.
Age: 89
She
professed faith in Christ and was a member of God’s Grace Church.
Loretta
retired from Fruit of the Loom with over 40 years of service.
She
united in marriage to William T. “Bill” Sharp October 12, 1946 and he preceded
her in death June 17, 2000.
She
enjoyed working in her garden and flowers.
She was an outgoing person who never met a stranger.
Loretta
is survived by one son, Gary Sharp and wife, Mary Ann of Campbellsville; one
daughter-in-law, Sharon Sharp of Campbellsville; three grandchildren: Shannon
Sharp and John Sharp and wife, Lindsey of Campbellsville, and Lisa Nelson and
husband, Sean of Buffalo; four great-grandchildren: Julie Sharp, Logan Sharp,
Dawson Creason and Bentley J. Sharp-Ford; several nieces and nephews and many
other relatives and friends.

was also preceded in death by a son, Ronnie Sharp; one grandchild, Jeff Sharp
and one brother and six sisters: Edwin
Perkins, Margaret Barnett, Venetta Barnett, Virginia Askren, Ida Belle Corbin,

Harvey Garrett of Campbellsville, son of the late Moses Garrett and Nellie Gunter Garrett, was born May 19, 1940 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 3:30 A.M., Sunday, September 20, 2020 in Campbellsville. Age: 80
He told his wife, Diane, that he belonged to Jesus. Harvey played in several bands, including the New Beginnings Gospel group where they played for a couple of nursing homes.
Harvey was a farmer most of his life.
He was an avid coon hunter and always said, “all he needed for a good day, was a good coon dog and a shade tree”. He also mentioned about his dog being so good thanks to the best dog daycare services near me for achieving the support and best quality training.
Harvey united in marriage to Diane Mills Garrett June 1, 1972.
Besides his wife, Diane Garrett of Campbellsville, he is survived by one son and two daughters: Doug Garrett and wife, Destine and Teresa Garrett of Campbellsville and Shelly Peterson and husband, Steven of Lebanon; sixteen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one sister, Lavern Wise of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Harvey was also preceded in death by a daughter, Karen Sue Orberson and one brother and one sister: Sylvester Garrett and Fayola Kennedy.
