Mrs. Sharon Rose McKee of Campbellsville passed from this life on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at the Campbellsville Nursing and Rehab Center. Born on September 28, 1944 to the late Frank and Mae (Shofner) Matherly, she was 74 years, 2 months, and 24 days of age. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of St. Marks United Methodist Church. She was the beloved wife and homemaker to Mr. Herman McKee, who preceded her in death in 1996. Mrs. McKee’s big heart that was full of generous love will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
She leaves to cherish her memory:
Two sons: Herman “Mac” McKee, II, and wife Lora Beth of Rockcastle County, and Stephen “Tony” McKee of Campbellsville,
Two sisters: Virginia Shields of Lexington, and Annie Rae Dile and husband Joe of Tennessee,
Three grandchildren: Hunter Hampton, Mason McKee, and Madalynn McKee,
Close friend: David Bowman of Columbia,
Caretaker: Betty Hicks of Campbellsville,
And a host of other family and friends.
She was also preceded in death by a sister and three brothers: Doyle Webster, Bobby Matherly, Franklin Matherly, and Norman Matherly.
There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. McKee on Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY. Interment will follow in the Taylors Chapel Cemetery, 3751 Taylors Chapel Rd, Campbellsville, KY.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, Dec. 26, from 11:00 AM until time for the service.

Mrs. Gail Clark of Lebanon, daughter of the late Tracy and Lorene (Simpson) Arvin, was born on January 24, 1961. She departed this life on Thursday, December 20, 2018, being 57 years, 10 months, and 29 days of age. She was a former employee of the Springfield Redrying Plant and McDonalds Corporation, and was a homemaker. When she wasn’t babysitting her grandkids and could find a pleasant day, she was often outside enjoying the freedom of the road on a motorcycle.
She leaves to mourn her passing:
Four children: Dennis Knopp of Lebanon, Tasha Clark of Bardstown, Ashley Mejia and husband Jose of Lebanon, and Donna Wright and husband Tyler of Lebanon,
A friend and former spouse: Charles M. “Peanut” Clark of Springfield,
One brother: Jeffery Arvin of Tennessee,
Four grandchildren: Jake Hardin, Kailyn Smith, Mary Mejia, and Jose Mejia, III,
And a host of other friends and family.
She was also preceded in death by a brother, Tracy Arvin, Jr., and a grandson, Brantley Hardin.
There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Clark on Sunday, December 23, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY. Bro Charlie Blevins will be officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, Dec. 23, from 11:00 AM until time for the service.

Etta Mae Hazard of Campbellsville, was born August 19, 1926 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 1:40 A.M., Friday, December 21, 2018 at the Barren County Nursing Home.
Age: 92
She was a member of the Campbellsville Christian Church and was a devoted mother and grandmother.
Etta was a retired employee of the Kentucky Dry Cleaners and the Buckner Miller Dry Cleaners.
She united in marriage to Omer R. Hazard June 22, 1944 and he preceded her in death March 11, 1980.
She is survived by one son and one daughter: Mark Hazard and wife, Brenda of Campbellsville and Brenda Posey and husband, Paul of Louisville; three grandchildren: Marissa Hazard of Campbellsville, Jonathan R. Posey of Alexandria, Virginia and Paul Stephen Posey of Columbia, South Carolina; one half sister-in-law, Johnette Jones and husband, David of Campbellsville and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Ann Hazard, in 2014.
