Edwin “Boo” VanCleave of Campbellsville, son of the late William VanCleave and Zillah Antle VanCleave, was born October 22, 1945, in Jefferson County, Kentucky. He died at 8:40 P.M., Thursday, June 7, 2018 in Campbellsville. Age: 72
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Salem Baptist Church.
He was a veteran of the United States Army, having his country honorable in Germany during the Vietnam War.
Edwin was a retired employee of the Campbellsville Water Company, having worked at the Water Treatment Plant.
He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and loved to pick on people he liked.
He united in marriage to Paula Newcomb August 31, 1974.
Besides his wife, Paula VanCleave of Campbellsville, he is survived by one son and one daughter: Robby VanCleave and wife, Becky of Campbellsville and Nikki Espey and husband, Curtis of Bowling Green; two grandchildren: Skyeler Espey of Bowling Green and Lee VanCleave of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by a sister, Cary Pickett August 22, 1997.

Magdalene Bryant Montgomery of Louisville, formerly of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Henry Bryant and Gertrude Cravens Bryant, was born March 27, 1927, in Adair County, Kentucky. She died at 6:40 A.M., Wednesday, June 6, 2018 in Louisville. Age: 91
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of God’s Grace Church in Campbellsville.
Magdalene was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville and Orville’s Restaurant.
She united in marriage to William Luther Montgomery and he preceded her in death June 25, 1986.
She is survived by three sons and one daughter: Jerry Montgomery and wife, Kathy of Hodgenville, Kenny Montgomery and wife, Bonnie of Shepherdsville, Ricky Montgomery and wife, Lora of Russell Springs and Jackie Cravens and husband, Carl of Louisville; eleven grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; one brother and one sister: Floyd Bryant and wife, Barbara and Louise Corbin of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by one son, Sammy L. Montgomery January 27, 2001 and five brothers and two sisters: Milton Bryant, Gilbert Bryant, Bud Bryant, Woodrow Bryant, Coy Bryant, Allene Kinney and Bertha Barnett.

Anthony Ramsey of Campbellsville, son of the late Paul Ramsey and Lucille Caulk Ramsey, was born August 16, 1950, in Jefferson County, Kentucky. He died at 9:20 P.M., Sunday, June 3, 2018 in Campbellsville. Age: 67
He was a veteran of the Vietnam War, having served his country honorably in the United States Army and was the recipient of the Purple Heart.
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Mt. Gilboa Baptist Church.
Anthony was a retired painter.
He united in marriage to Cheri Harden October 26, 2001.
Besides his wife, Cheri Ramsey of Campbellsville, he is survived by two sons and two daughters: Daniel Ramsey and wife, Leah of Huntsville, Alabama, David Ramsey and wife, Julie Bruder of Orlando, Florida, Heather Thompson and husband, Terry of Cave City and Daisy Ramsey of Glasgow; four grandchildren: Jacob Thompson, Matthew Thompson, Ashley Ramsey and Nathan Ramsey; one sister, Vickie Sprowles and husband, Eddie of Campbellsville; special niece and nephew: Dana and David Dudgeon of Campbellsville and many other relatives and friends.
