Raymond Pendleton

Raymond Pendleton of Campbellsville, son of the late Eddie Wheat Pendleton and Flora Elizabeth Larimore Pendleton, was born May 22, 1933 in Borger, Texas.  He died at 5:55 P.M., Monday, August 4, 2025 in Campbellsville.   Age:  92

He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Beech Grove Baptist Church.

He served his country honorably in the United States Army.

Raymond was a hard worker and a retired farmer.  His family said he was a good man who loved to cut-up and tell jokes.

He united in marriage to Susan Garrett October 12, 1956.

Besides his wife, Susan Pendleton of Campbellsville, Raymond is survived by several nieces and nephews; a special caregiver, Margaret Skaggs and many other relatives and friends.

He was also preceded in death by five brothers and two sisters:  James L. Pendleton, Edward Pendleton, Robert M. Pendleton, John W. Pendleton, Bernard Pendleton, Betty Richerson and Pauline Patterson.

Lilburn Hedgespeth

Lilburn Hedgespeth of Campbellsville, son of the late Hobert Hedgespeth and Lydia Mae Morris Hedgespeth, was born March 17, 1933 in Taylor County, Kentucky.  He died at 6:09 P.M., Sunday, August 3, 2025 in Campbellsville.   Age:  92

He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Lowell Avenue Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon for several years.

He served his country honorably in the United States Army.

Lilburn was the retired owner of Lake Village and Ace Hardware.

He united in marriage to Pauline Thompson July 31, 1954 and she preceded him in death March 14, 1975.  He later united in marriage to Eleanor Money Tucker July 16, 1983.

He was a devoted father who was quick to sacrifice for family, came to every event, and always led by example.  He was encouraging even when times were tough for him, was guided by his faith and cared deeply for family and friends.

Besides his wife, Eleanor Hedgespeth of Campbellsville, Lilburn is survived by one son, Tony Hedgespeth and fiance’, Angela Bledsoe of Bowling Green; three stepchildren: Bill Tucker and wife, Janis of Knoxville, Tennessee, John Tucker and wife, Vicky of Lexington and Laura Hatcher and husband, Danny of Campbellsville; six grandchildren: T. J. Tucker and wife, April of Nashville, Tiffany Barton and husband, Daniel and Traci Price and husband, Justin of Knoxville, Tennessee, Andrea Henderson and husband, Matt of Lexington and Daniel Hatcher and wife, Megan and Brittany Hunt and husband, Jeff of Campbellsville; several great-grandchildren; one brother, Ralph Hedgespeth and wife, Galoris of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

He was also preceded in death by four brothers and one sister:  Forster Hedgespeth, Terry Hedgespeth, Clifton Edmond Hedgespeth, Ronald Keith Hedgespeth and Ora Frances Hash.

Randy Thomas Wilson, 68

Randy Thomas Wilson, of Louisville, formerly of Bradfordsville, the son of the late Henry Thomas Wilson, Jr and Sharon Skaggs, was born April 24, 1957 in Illinois, and departed this life on Sunday, August 3, 2025 in Campbellsville at the home of his daughter. He was 68 years of age.

He was a former Armored Truck Driver and was of the Baptist Faith.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister: Velda Pierce.

Randy enjoyed fishing, hunting, arrowhead hunting, frog gigging and making Indian artifacts.

Survivors include a daughter and son: Erica Dishman and husband Tristian, Jeff Wilson and their mother Donna Barnett, all of Campbellsville; a sister: Cherry Murphy and husband Terry; a brother: Scott Wilson and wife Kathy.

Also surviving are three grandchildren: Cory Dishman, Connor Dishman and Meadow Wilson; one great-grandchild: Zyra Dishman; a special friend and co-worker: Robert Priddy and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family of Randy Thomas Wilson chose cremation and no services are scheduled at this time.
