Charlie T. Warren, 89

Mr. Charlie T. Warren of Campbellsville departed this life on Sunday, May 7, 2017 at the Campbellsville Nursing and Rehab Center. Born in Hodgenville on August 5, 1927, he was 89 years, 10 months, and 2 days of age at the time of his passing. Mr. Warren was a retired sawmill worker and enjoyed tinkering around on old cars and engines. He professed faith in Christ and was of the Christian faith. He was married to the late Darlene (Johnson) Warren, who preceded him in death.

He leaves to cherish his memory:

Nine children, both natural and accepted: Mitchell Warren of White Mills, Charlie Monroe Warren, Virl Johnson, and Daniel Warren, all of Larue County, David Walls and wife Melissa of Campbellsville, Jason Harris and wife Dawn of Nelson County, Russell Walls and wife Vickie of Metcalfe County, Jamie Walls of Campbellsville, and Kent Harris of Green County,

And a host of other family and friends.

There will be a graveside funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Warren on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at 12:00 noon EST in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 3878 Greensburg Rd, Campbellsville, KY.

Mark Warren, 53

Mr. Mark Wilson Warren of Campbellsville was born on February 6, 1964 in Taylor County to the late W.C. and June (Wilson) Warren. He departed this life on Friday, May 5, 2017 at the Kensington Manor Care and Rehab Center in Elizabethtown after an extended illness. He was 53 years, 2 months, and 29 days of age. Mr. Warren professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Campbellsville Church of the Nazarene. He was an entrepreneur and the former owner of Warren’s Quickshop in Campbellsville.

He leaves to mourn his passing:

His wife: Becky (Calhoun) Warren of Campbellsville,

Two children: Jacob Warren and Cheyenne Warren, both of Campbellsville,

One sister: Nona Parrish of Campbellsville,

Close friends: Norman Creason, John Clark, and Johnny Walkup, all of Campbellsville,

And a host of other family and friends.

He was also preceded in death by two brothers: Charles David Warren, and Marvin Lee Warren.

There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Warren on Monday, May 8, 2017 at 6:00 PM EST in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY. Bro. Paul Pike will be officiating. Mr. Warren asked to be cremated, and his ashes will be scattered at a later date in a place of his choosing.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, May 8, after 4:00 PM EST until time for the service.

In lieu of flowers, please consider memorials in the form of donations to Kosair Children’s Hospital. Those can be made in person at the funeral home.

Amanda Clements, age 56

Amanda Clements, age 56, of Campbellsville, passed away Friday, May 5, 2017 at the University of Louisville Hospital after a brief illness.

Amanda was born in Campbellsville, on September 21, 1960 to the late Teresa England.   She was also preceded in death by her step-father, Hollis England as well as her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Herlan and Betty Smith.  She was employed at H&W Sport Shop and in her spare time enjoyed sewing and quilting.

Amanda was survived by her husband, Donnie Clements and a daughter, Monica Antle and her husband Jason as well as her grandchildren, Christopher and Manda Lynn Benningfield all of Campbellsville.   Surviving are her sister, Patty Cissell of Russell Springs, a brother Thomas Parker and his companion Michelle of Campbellsville, Bonnie Harris and her husband Gary of New Haven, Cathy Benedict of Louisville and Rosemary Rainwater and her husband Danny of Campbellsville.   Also surviving is her sister-in-law, Linda Barnett of Alabama, brother-in-law, Billy Smith and his wife Carla of Campbellsville, sister-in-law, Gail Blankenship and her husband, Jimmy of Greensburg, sister-in-law, Lois Brown of Campbellsville, sister-in-law, Carol Gathof and her husband Rick of Louisville, brother-in-law, Michael Smith and his special friend Shannon of Louisville, and sister-in-law Peggy Newton of Louisville, several step-brothers and step-sisters and two very special friends, Ila Runyon and Lindsey Hines.

Funeral services for Amanda Clements will be held on Monday, May 8, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home with the Bro. Jason Hood officiating.   Interment will follow in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens.

The family request visitation on Sunday, May 7th, 2017 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home.
