Rodney Cameron Lemon, 58

Mr. Rodney Cameron Lemon of Campbellsville was born on September 28, 1958 in Taylor County to the late James Cameron and Helen Pauline (Underwood) Lemon. He departed this life on Sunday, May 7, 2017 at his home, being 58 years, 7 months, and 9 days of age. Mr. Lemon enjoyed talking to people, both old friends and new, and attended the Cumberland Presbyterian Church. He held a Masters Degree in construction management from Eastern Kentucky University and was employed at the Amazon Distribution Center in Campbellsville.

He leaves to cherish his memory:

One sister: Sandy Hammond and companion Gerald Murray of Campbellsville,

One niece: Lisa Warren Lewandowski and husband Andrew of Fayetteville, GA,

Two great nephews and one great niece,

And a host of extended family and close friends.

At the request of Mr. Lemon, cremation rites were accorded him by the L.R. Petty Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Campbellsville.

There was no public visitation.

Charlie T. Warren, 89

Mr. Charlie T. Warren of Campbellsville departed this life on Sunday, May 7, 2017 at the Campbellsville Nursing and Rehab Center. Born in Hodgenville on August 5, 1927, he was 89 years, 10 months, and 2 days of age at the time of his passing. Mr. Warren was a retired sawmill worker and enjoyed tinkering around on old cars and engines. He professed faith in Christ and was of the Christian faith. He was married to the late Darlene (Johnson) Warren, who preceded him in death.

He leaves to cherish his memory:

Nine children, both natural and accepted: Mitchell Warren of White Mills, Charlie Monroe Warren, Virl Johnson, and Daniel Warren, all of Larue County, David Walls and wife Melissa of Campbellsville, Jason Harris and wife Dawn of Nelson County, Russell Walls and wife Vickie of Metcalfe County, Jamie Walls of Campbellsville, and Kent Harris of Green County,

And a host of other family and friends.

There will be a graveside funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Warren on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at 12:00 noon EST in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 3878 Greensburg Rd, Campbellsville, KY. Bro John Stilts will be officiating. L.R. Petty Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mary Virginia Price

Mary Virginia Price, of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Carl Wilson and Della Mae Moore Wilson, was born November 6, 1939, in Marion County, Kentucky. She died at 5:13 P.M., Sunday, May 7, 2017 in Campbellsville. Age: 77
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Zion Separate Baptist Church.
Mary Virginia was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville.
She united in marriage to Coolidge Price February 8, 1959 and he preceded her in death on November 12, 2005.
Mary Virginia is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Patricia Ann and Mikie Thomas of Campbellsville; one granddaughter,Tiffany Thomas and fiance’, Travis LaJudice of Campbellsville; two great-grandchildren: Emoria LaJudice and Elsa LaJudice of Campbellsville; one brother and three sisters: Carl B. Wilson and wife, Linda of Louisville, Faye Pittman and husband, Ronnie of Campbellsville, Delores Wayne of Lebanon and Stella Hardin and husband, Jerry of Bardstown; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by one brother and three sisters: Larry Wilson, Brenda Diane Ferguson, Catherine Wade and Jean Davis.
