#65279;Mr.Robert Michael Gutierrez, age 28, of Lincoln Avenue, Campbellsville, died Wednesday,January 22, 2003 in Munfordville, Kentucky during an accident while working on a truck.Mr. Gutierrez is survived by his father and mother, Manuel and Judith Sturges Gutierrez Sr.of Campbellsville, five sons and two daughters, Michael Gonzalas of Colorada, Robert Gutierrez Jr.of Illinois, , Dillon Gutierrez of Campbellsville, Logan Gutierrez of Greensburg, Chasen and AlexisGutierrez of Hodgenville, Brooke Gutierrez of Campbellsville, three brothers and five sisters, Manuel Jr., Alex Gutierrez both of Campbellsville, John Gutierrez of Illinois, Tina Porter of Illinois,Angelina Waldron, Anita Barrera, Jessie Gutierrez and Raquel Gutierrez all of Campbellsville survive along with a host other relatives and friends.Funeral services for Mr. Robert Gutierrez were conducted at 11:00 A.M. Monday, January 27, 2003 at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.The family request visitation from 5 to 8 P.M. Doris Rhodes Witham of Meadowview Drive, Mt. Washington, formerly of Campbellsville, daughter of Agnes Mann Rhodes and the late L.B. Rhodes was born October 4, 1945, in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 9:55 A.M., Tuesday, January 7, 2003, in Louisville. Age: 57She had professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Mannsville United Methodist Church and attended the Mt. Washington United Methodist Church.She united in marriage to Fred Witham October 14, 1966.Besides her husband, Fred Witham of Mt.
