Mr. Willard L. Brewer of Campbellsville was born in Louisville, Kentucky on August 15, 1939 to the late Howard and Sadie (Price) Brewer. He departed this life on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at the Taylor Regional Hospital, being 77 years and 19 days of age. He was married to Mrs. Geraldine (Lawson) Brewer, who preceded him in death on November 9, 2015. Mr. Brewer professed faith in Christ, and lived his life as a moral example to others. He was employed at the Fruit of the Loom plant in Campbellsville until retirement.
He leaves to cherish his memory:
One son: Ricky Brewer of Campbellsville,
One sister: Dorothy Hester and husband Daniel of Louisville,
Three grandchildren: Candace Sneed and husband Jason, Blake Brewer and wife Danielle, and Emma Brewer, all of Campbellsville,
One nephew: Marty Hester of Louisville,
And a host of extended family and close friends.
He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Raymond Brewer, Claudie Brewer, and Everett Brewer.
There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Brewer at 11:00 AM EST on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718. Mr. Brewer will be laid to rest beside his wife in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 3878 Old Greensburg Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, September 5, from 5:00-8:00 PM EST.
In lieu of flowers, please consider memorials in the form of donations the Resident Council at Grandview Nursing and Rehab Center. Those can be made at the funeral home.

Rev. Greg Rueda of Campbellsville, son of the late Albert Rueda and Jean and Philip “Popo” Scudieri, was born on August 29, 1955 in Chicago, Illinois. He departed this life on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at the Rush University Medical Center in Chicago after failing to recover from a medical procedure. He was 61 years and 3 days of age. Rev. Rueda was a retiree of CSX Transportation, where he had worked several years as a supervisor on the railway lines. After a lengthy courtship, he married his sweetheart Brenda Graham on April 15, 2015 and together they shared many distinctive experiences. Rev. Reuda professed faith in Christ, and was a member of the Robinson Creek Baptist Church. Ever selfless, he gained great joy from encouraging others in their walk with Christ, and his considerate heart allowed him to instantly connect with and uplift those of all faiths and denominations.
He leaves to cherish his memory:

Three children: Gregory Rueda, Jr., Joshua Rueda, and Jessica Rueda Lindemulder, all of Chicago,

Four sisters: Christina Wethington of Greensburg, Olivia “Bo” Wethington of Greensburg, Cynthia Rueda of Illinois, and Angelina Scudieri and companion Mercedes Medina of Greensburg,
One brother: Clark Rueda of Chicago,
His mother-in-law and father-in-law: Dorothy Graham Skaggs and W.C. Skaggs of Campbellsville,
One brother-in-law and sister-in-law: Marshall and Denise Graham of Campbellsville,
Several nieces, nephews, and cousins,
And a host of extended family and friends.
There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Rev. Rueda on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at 11:00 AM EST in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718. Bro. Jim Collison will be officiating. Entombment will follow in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, 3878 Greensburg Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, September 6, from 5:00-8:00 PM EST.

Eugene St. Clair of Campbellsville, son of the late Robert Lee St. Clair and Edna Johns St. Clair, was born May 14, 1927, in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 6:45 A.M., Thursday, September 1, 2016 in Bowling Green. Age: 89
He professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith.
He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict having served his country honorably in the United States Army
He became a mason in 1948 and was a member of the ElkHorn Masonic Lodge #568 F. & A.M and some of Eugene’s hobbies included fishing and horse racing.
He was a retired supervisor for Tennessee Gas Transmission Company.
He united in marriage to Doris Marcum June 5, 1948. She preceded him in death February 15, 2009.
He is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Dee Dee and Tony Davis of ElkHorn; two grandchildren: Christy Quinn and husband, Ryan of Campbellsville and Jordon Davis of ElkHorn; two great-grandchildren: Haley Vetter and Gavin Vetter; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by a grandson, Logan Vetter; eight sisters and two brothers; Lovena St. Clair, Mildred Penn, Lois Goff, Elsie St. Clair, Ora Lee Dearen, Beulah Cole, Opal Marcum, Florence Marlow, Reed St. Clair and Edwin “Buster” St. Clair.
