Tom Caldwell of Campbellsville, son of the late William Morton Caldwell, Sr. and Odessa Shankle Caldwell, was born January 25, 1945 in Jefferson County, Kentucky.
He died at 1:30 A.M., Thursday, February 27, 2025 in Campbellsville, aged 80.
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Bethel First Presbyterian Church.
Tom served his country honorably in the United States Army Reserves.
He worked for Eastern Airlines for 26 years, was a former news anchor for the Big Dawg WVLC 99.9FM, and retired from owning and running a real estate brokerage in Campbellsville.
Tom was united in marriage to Julie Gaffin on May 9, 1970.
Besides his wife, Julie Caldwell of Campbellsville, Tom is survived by two sons:
Todd Caldwell and wife, Cami of Highlands Ranch, Colorado and Brian Caldwell and wife, Shannon of Lone Tree, Colorado; eight grandchildren: Emily Caldwell, Sarah Caldwell, Heath Caldwell, John Caldwell, Luke Caldwell, Sam Caldwell, Brayden Caldwell and Charlotte Caldwell; one sister, Marilyn Gauvin of Westminster, Massachusetts; several other nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death in 2015 by his brother Morton Caldwell.

Donnie Underwood of Greensburg, son of the late Bradley Deatrice Underwood and Jessie Ella Sprowles Underwood, was born July 6, 1956 in Larue County, Kentucky. He died at 10:31 A.M., Thursday, February 27, 2025 in Greensburg. Age: 68
He professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith.
Donnie was an employee of Hendrickson in Lebanon.
He is survived by two sons and one daughter: Jessie Underwood and wife, Lindsey of Greensburg, Stephanie Blythe and husband, Steven of Edmonton and Michael McKibben and wife, Ashley of Hodgenville; nine grandchildren: Riley Underwood, Bryson Underwood, Kyler Underwood, Owen Blythe, Landon Blythe, Audree McKibben, Mason McKibben, Tanner McKibben and Braelynn McKibben; four brothers and one sister:
Nolan Eugene Underwood and wife, Rita, Sheridan Underwood and wife, Nina, Henry Underwood and wife, Debbie and Mary Anne Rice of Campbellsville and Deatrice Underwood and wife, Linda of Texas; several other nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Donnie was also preceded in death by a grandson, Michael Blayton McKibben and two brothers and two sisters: Gradie Underwood, Cecil Underwood, Velda Stevenson and Vivian Underwood.

Everett Wayne Miles, of Knifley, KY, the son of the late Fredrick and Mary (Fellows) Miles, was born April 6, 1937 in Montezuma, Indiana and departed this life on Thursday, February 27, 2025 in Stanford, KY at the Stanford Crossing Nursing and Rehab. He was 87 years of age.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Mildred (Williams) Miles on May 16, 2020; a son: Michael Wayne Miles.
He was Veteran, having served in the United States Marine Corps and was retired from Caterpillar as a mechanic.
He enjoyed spending time with family and friends and working on small engines.
Survivors include: two children: Bradley Dean Miles and wife Colleen and Fredrick Scott Miles, all of Knifley,
Seven grandchildren: Timothy Allan Miles, Bradley Wayne Miles, Kyle Wayne Miles, Nathaniel Scott Miles, Kari Lynn Brown and husband Tom, Tasha Mudd, and Michael Wayne Miles; thirteen great-grandchildren.
Two sisters and four brothers: Russell, George “Doc”, James, Edward, June and Sharon and a host of other family and friends.
The funeral service for Everett Wayne Miles will be Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Lebanon National Cemetery with Full Military Honors by the Marion County Veterans Honor Guard.
Rev. Freddy Thompson will be officiating.
Family requests visitation after 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday until time for the service.
