One Injured in Motorcycle Accident on Lebanon Ave

A 2002 Cadillac being operated by 78 year old Genrose Straley of Campbellsville was making a left turn onto Lebanon Avenue from High Street when he pulled into the path of a 2003 BMW Motorcycle being operated by 27 year old Glen Yoder of Campbellsville. Yoder was taken to Taylor Regional Hospital by Campbellsville/Taylor County Rescue. Straley was not injured.

Head On Collision on S. Columbia Ave. Causes One Fatality

A 2001 Dodge Pickup being operated by 60 year old George Wayne Cox was traveling north on South Columbia Avenue when he crossed the center line and struck a 1991 Chevrolet Pickup being operated by 56 year old Peggy L. Huckaby, head on.  Both had to be extricated from the vechicles.  Huckaby was taken to Taylor Regional Hospital by Campbellsville/Taylor County Rescue.  Cox was pronounced dead at the scene by Taylor County Coroner Terry Dabney.
