Sanford Allen Dicken, 75

Mr. Sanford Allen Dicken of Campbellsville passed away on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at the Taylor Regional Hospital after a brief illness. Born to the late Bernal and Louise (White) Dicken on July 19, 1942, he was 75 years, 10 months, and 25 days of age. Mr. Dicken had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith. He was a retired employee of the Fruit of the Loom plant in Campbellsvile as well as the WalMart Supercenter, and was married to Mary Judith (Shirrell) Dicken, who preceded him in death. Mr. Dicken enjoyed learning about his fellow man; he spent countless hours reading atlases and studying geographical charts, and regularly passed tidbits of little-known information about places to any who listened.

He leaves to cherish his memory:

Three children: Mark Dicken and wife Cheryl of Campbellsville, Jeannetta McGinnis and husband Danny of Campbellsville, and Michael Dicken and wife Cindy of Shepherdsville,

Four grandchildren: Jordon Hurst, Makayla Dicken, Cameron Dicken, and Olivia Dicken,

Two step-grandchildren: Haley Hatfield and Braden Hatfield,

And a host of other family and friends.

He was also preceded in death by two children, Michelle DIcken and Alison Dicken.

There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Dicken on Friday, June 15, 2018 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY. Bro. John Butler will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 3878 Greensburg Rd, Campbellsville, KY.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, June 14, from 5:00-8:00 PM.

Beverly Frances Bryant

Beverly Frances Bryant, age 81 of Bladenboro, North Carolina, formerly of Campbellsville, passed away Sunday, June 10, 2018. She is preceded in death by her parents: Thomas and Lois Hester, husband, John Robert Bryant, one sister, Myrtle Jolly and two grandchildren: Dawson Bryant and Hannah White.
Beverly was a loving, devoted mother, grandmother and sister. She cherished her children and grandchildren. Beverly’s passion was giving of herself and her time to others as she had volunteers for twenty eight years at Southeastern Regional Medical Center. She enjoyed shopping, especially for shoes, listening to classical and soft gospel music and caring for her canine babies: Bella and Susie. A sincerely sweet lady that will be missed.
Beverly is survived by three sons: Robert S. Bryant and wife, Becky and Tommy Bryant and wife, Pam of Bladenboro, North Carolina, Kevin Bryant and wife, Brien of Orrum;, North Carolina; six grandchildren: Erin Bryant, Spencer Bryant and wife, Stephanie, Laura Welch, Josh Bryant and wife, Nikki, Daniel Bryant and Duke Bryant; four great-grandchildren: Sadie Bryant, Emmy Bryant, Hendrix Bryant and Hunter White, one sister, Velma Hester Sanders of Morgantown, North Carolina; several nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at Bladen Gaskins Funeral Home from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at 3:00 P.M., at Northside Baptist Church in Bladenboro with Rev. Ricky Donaldson and Pastor Brandon Meadows officiating. Visitation will be from 12:30 – 1:00 P.M., Friday, June 15, 2018 at Campbellsville Memorial Gardens in Campbellsville, with burial in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens at 1:00 P.M.

Mrs. Patsy Sue Coleman Lampley, age 80, passed peacefully from this life Tuesday, June 12, 2018 . She was born February 6, 1938 in Mayfield, KY, and lived much of her life in Marshall County, KY.

She was preceded in death by her husband of almost 56 years, Charlie Gaylon Lampley; parents, Henry Dalton and Vera Russell Coleman; and brothers, John Gail and William R. Coleman.

Mrs. Patsy Sue Coleman Lampley, age 80, passed peacefully from this life Tuesday, June 12, 2018 in Campbellsville. She was born February 6, 1938 in Mayfield, KY, and lived much of her life in Marshall County, KY. II, Campbellsville, KY; one brother, Donald Coleman, Tucson, Arizona; ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

There will be no visitation and a private family graveside service at Fooks Cemetery in Marshall County is planned for a later date.
