 Mr. Dylan Michael Bland of Campbellsville was born on June 3, 2004 in Bowling Green to Jason and Kimberly (Osborne) Bland. He tragically and unexpectedly passed into the Lord’s hands on Saturday, May 20, 2017 in Green County. He was 12 years, 11 months, and 17 days of age. Dylan was a student at Taylor County Middle School, and had recently completed the 7th grade. He had made a profession of faith in Christ and attended the Fairview Baptist Church with his family. Dylan was an energetic, playful, caring, and loving child with a big heart and a gracious smile. He was talented in several sports, playing basketball, baseball, and was looking forward to playing football, but he also enjoyed playing the trumpet and piano in band or singing in the choir. He made lasting friendships, and cherished time spent with his family.
He is survived by:
His parents: Jason and Kimberly Bland of Campbellsville,
A sister: Madelynn (Maddie) Bland of Campbellsville,
His maternal grandparents: John and Cheryl Osborne of Bowling Green,
His paternal grandparents: Linda (Tucker) Bland of Campbellsville, and Jerry Bland of Mannsville,
Aunts and uncles: Jack and Geri (Bland) Stanley, their children Jessica and husband Ryan and Gentry, and their grandson Evan, all of Hodgenville, and Katie (Osborne) and Bryan Aldridge and their children Liam and Conner, all of Bowling Green,
And many other loving cousins and friends.
He was also preceded in death by an uncle, Michael Todd Bland.
There will be a funeral service to honor Dylan’s life on Thursday, May 25, 2017 at 12:00 PM EST (11:00 AM CST) in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY. Bro. Don Gowin will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 3878 Greensburg Rd, Campbellsville, KY.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, May 24, from 5:00-8:00 PM EST (4:00-7:00 PM CST).
In lieu of flowers, please consider memorials in the form of donations to the Taylor County Middle School football team. Those can be made in person at the funeral home.

 Ruel H. “Sonny” Wilson of Campbellsville, son of the late Ralph G. Wilson and Edna Myrtle Williams Wilson was born November 3, 1939, in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 8:45 P.M., Monday, May 22, 2017 in Campbellsville. Age: 77
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Millers Chapel United Methodist Church.
He served his country honorably in the United States Army.
Sonny retired from Taylor County RECC after 43 years of dedication.
He was always very hard working and took pride in doing things right, while expecting the same from everyone else. He loved hunting, fishing, working in the yard, gardening, traveling and especially UK basketball.
Sonny loved his wife, Mary so much and depended on her for everything. When you saw one, you always saw the other. He loved all his family, but one in particular was his grandson, Scott. Poppy & Scott spent a lot of time together as Scott was growing up. They would fish, go to the river and the lake, play with the dogs and just do all sorts of things with each other. Scott can honestly say that he learned a whole lot of life lessons from Poppy.
He united in marriage to Mary Sapp on November 27, 1959. They enjoyed 57 1/2 years of caring for and loving one another.
Besides his wife, Mary Wilson of Campbellsville, he is survived by two daughters: Carol Wilson Gwinn and husband, Allan of Campbellsville, and Lynn Wilson Eastridge of Loudon, Tennessee; one grandson, Scott Gwinn of Louisville; three sisters and one brother: Marian Newton and husband, Willard and Roger Wilson and wife, Judy of Campbellsville, Gay Bright of Bardstown and Sheila Judd and husband, Roger of Greensburg; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Thomas R. McMahan and Ruby Wilson of Campbellsville; special friends, Michael and Deborah Smith of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by one sister and two brothers: Ruth McMahan, Kenny Wilson and J.W. Wilson

 James Douglas “Doug” Wilhoit, the son of Mary Rose Murphy of Campbellsville and the late Darrell Douglas Wilhoit, was born Wednesday, February 24, 1965 in Clay County, KY and departed this life on Saturday, May 20, 2017 in Campbellsville at the Taylor Regional Hospital. He was 52 years, 2 months and 26 days of age.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the New Bethlehem Baptist Church. He was a retired truck driver and loved hunting, fishing and most of all his time spent with family and friends.
Besides his mother he is survived by his wife: Connie Sue Wilhoit of Campbellsville; five children: Jeremy Wilhoit, Jessica Lotter and husband Jeremy and David Wilhoit all of Campbellsville, Stephanie Williamson and husband Craig of Mt. Sherman and Danielle Wilhoit and companion Jake Noel of Lebanon.
Also surviving are six grandchildren: C.J. Cox, Alexis Lobb, Ashley Wilhoit, Samantha Wilhoit, Jesse James Lotter and Dakota Lotter and a host of other relatives and friends.
The funeral service for James Douglas “Doug” Wilhoit, will be conducted Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home with burial to follow in the M-W-L Cemetery in Larue County. Bro. Odell Warren and Bro. Dale Warren will be officiating.
Family requests visitation from 5-8 PM on Monday at the funeral home.
Memorials are suggested to the funeral expense fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
