Kentucky State Police Looking For Distracted Drivers(FRANKFORT, Ky.) – Kentucky State Police (KSP) is already in full swing with their summer enforcement campaign that targets inattentive drivers. Operation K.S.P. (Kentucky’s Summer Prevention Plan) began on June 1 and is picking up speed as it sweeps across the state.
