Brian Gordon Baldwin, the son of Harold and Barbara Thompson Baldwin, was born March 17, 1954 in Campbellsville and departed this life on Friday, December 1, 2017 in Springfield. He was 63 years of age.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Campbellsville Baptist Church and attended the South Campbellsville Baptist Church. He was a former insurance adjuster and worked in the coal mines along with his father.
Besides his parents, Harold and Barbara of Campbellsville, Brian is survived by two sons: Brian Brandon Baldwin and Jason Baldwin, both of Campbellsville; a sister: Cheryl Lynn Baldwin-Marr and husband H.W. of Cecilia; three grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Mr. Baldwin was preceded in death by a brother: Robin Baldwin in 2015.
Funeral service for Brian Gordon Baldwin, will be conducted Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home in Campbellsville with burial to follow in the Green River Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Shawn Caudill will be the officiating minister with others speaking at the service.
Visitation from 5-8 PM on Friday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Norma Ann Cissell of Campbellsville was born to the late Thomas “Ted” and Mary Cecilia
(Newton) Clark in the Holy Cross community of Marion County on July 25, 1937. She departed
this life on Friday, December 1, 2017 being 80 years, 4 months, and 7 days of age. She professed faith in Christ and was of the Catholic faith. Mrs. Cissell retired from the Fruit of the Loom plant in Campbellsville after many years of dedicated service. She was the wife of William
Charles “Charlie” Cissell, who preceded her in death on June 18, 2007. She had a big heart, living her life as a gift to others, and was a close and trusted friend to all that knew her.
She leaves to mourn her passing:
Five children: Janet Lavonne Murley and husband Walter Ronald of Campbellsville, Charles Timothy Cissell and wife Sandra of Campbellsville, Pamela Gail Wethington and husband

wife Pat of Colorado, Darlene Armel and husband Gene of Illinois, Marlene Clark of Bardstown,
Connie Redmond and husband Doug of Frankfort, Junior Clark and wife Janet of Bardstown,
and Don Clark of Bardstown,
Thirteen grandchildren: Kimberly Cissell, Shane Murley, Jennifer Burris, Jermey Cissell, Jamie
Ford, Aaron Cissell, Jaime Moran, Lindsay Cissell, Michelle Mann, Jessica Chambers, Andrea
Burris, Christopher Wethington, and Brittani Cissell,
Daughter-in-laws: Debra Kae Cissell and Patty Cissell,
Special friends: Pauline Wise and Sissy Ball,
Eighteen Great-Grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by two sons, William Marks Cissell and Thomas Kevin Cissell,
and one brother, Ray Clark.
A Funeral Mass will be held to honor the life of Mrs. Cissell on Wednesday, December 6,
2017 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 213 University Drive,
Campbellsville, KY. Father Saju Vadakumpaden will be officiating. She will be laid to rest beside
her husband in the church cemetery, and will be carried there by Shane Murley, Jermey Cissell,
Christopher Wethington, Aaron Cissell, Kane Wilson, and Jordan Watkins. Serving as honorary
pallbearers will be her granddaughters.
The family will receive visitors at the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd,
Campbellsville, KY on Tuesday, December 5, from 4:00-8:00 PM and on Wednesday morning
until 10:30 AM.
A Prayer Service will be held on Tuesday evening at 7 PM at the funeral home.
To honor her giving spirit, the family has requested memorials take the form of donations to the
funeral expenses of a less fortunate person’s final expenses. Those can be made in person at

Mrs. Mary Esther Russell of Campbellsville was born in Biloxi, Mississippi on August 22, 1947. Daughter of the late Stewart Roy and Elizabeth (Ewing) McVay, she was 70 years, 3 months, and 8 days of age at the time of her passing. She was a former administrator of a nursing home until her retirement. She professed faith in Christ and attended Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. As a young lady, she was very athletic, and in 1965 was named MVP of the World – Softball. Though she was fiercely independent, she had a big heart and loved cooking and caring for her family and friends.
She leaves to cherish her memory:
One son: Jimmy Russell and wife Angela of Campbellsville,
Three sisters and a brother: Rita, Shirley, Betty, and Earl McVay,
Four grandchildren: Clayton Russell, Jimmy Russell, Jr., Mary Elizabeth Russell, and Austin Belt,
And a host of extended family and friends.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Clayton Howard Russell, and a son, Alfred Willis Blackman, Jr.
There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Russell on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at 11:00 AM EST at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 213 University Dr, Campbellsville, KY. Interment will follow in the Brookside Cemetery, W Main St, Campbellsville, KY.
The family will receive friends at the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY, on Tuesday, Dec. 5, from 9:00-10:30 AM.

Aaron Walton Rattliff, the son of the late Ruby Walton and Mary Chaudoin Rattliff, was born Friday, June 10, 1958 in Summersville, KY and departed this life on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 in Louisville at the Hosparus Inpatient Care Center. He was 79 years, 5 months and 19 days of age.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Brush Creek Baptist Church and was a mechanic.
He was a Veteran, having served in the United States Army.
Survivors include a daughter: Rhonda Rattliff of Campbellsville; a son: Sammy Rattliff and wife Shelley of Greensburg; three sisters: Brenda Shofner and husband William, Rita Paxton and husband Eddie and Emma Shuffett and husband Mel, all of Greensburg; a sister-in-law: Ethel Rattliff of Greensburg.
Also surviving are two grandchildren: Kyle Veatch and wife Jessica and Summer Rattliff and a host of other relatives and friends.
Besides his parents, Mr. Rattliff was preceded in death by a brother: Bobby Rattliff.
The funeral service for Aaron Walton Rattliff will be conducted Saturday, December 2, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home in Campbellsville with burial to follow in the Bloyd-Perkins Cemetery in Green County. Bro. Jerry Noe will be officiating.
Visitation after 10:00 A.M. Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorials are suggested to the Funeral Expense Fund, which can be made at the funeral home.

Mr. Howard Max Raymond of Campbellsville was born on May 5, 1940 to the late Simon and Dorothy (Bierbryer) Ryman and departed this life on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at the Taylor Regional Hospital. He was 77 years, 6 months, and 20 days of age. Mr. Raymond was retired from the United States Army, where he had served for 30 years and earned the rank of Command Sergeant Major. He would later also retire from the Cox Interior plant in Campbellsville after 15 years of labor. Mr. Raymond was a member of the Big Spring Masonic Lodge #826 F&AM, and Eastern Star, and a lifetime member of the VFW.
He leaves to mourn his passing:
His wife of 52 years: Brigitte (Heller) Raymond of Campbellsville,
A son: Simon Raymond of Radcliff,
Two special friends: Theodore Supulski of Texas, and Walter Wetcel of Louisville,
And a host of other family and close friends.
He was also preceded in death by a brother, Robert Raymond, and a sister, Libby Raymond.
At the request of Mr. Raymond, there will be a private memorial service to honor his life at a later date. His body will be laid to rest in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
